Shashank Shekhar Jha is a practising Supreme Court lawyer based in New Delhi. He also appears before different High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals. His work is not limited to a particular field and includes various aspects of Law like Writ Petitions, Criminal Litigation, Consumer Disputes, Corporate Disputes, Civil Suits, Matrimonial Disputes, Bail matters, Cyber-IT related matters and others.
He is often reported by media for approaching Constitutional courts through Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to address Indic, Social, Human Rights and Hindu causes.
As part of his legal obligations, he works in courts in every part of the country. He is also a TV Panelist and a social media user having stand on public and social issues.
