Shashank Shekhar Jha is a practising Supreme Court lawyer based in New Delhi. He also appears before different High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals. His work is not limited to a particular field and includes various aspects of Law like Writ Petitions, Criminal Litigation, Consumer Disputes, Corporate Disputes, Civil Suits, Matrimonial Disputes, Bail matters, Cyber-IT related matters and others.
He is often reported by media for approaching Constitutional courts through Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to address Indic, Social, Human Rights and Hindu causes.
